The + of the solution:

  • Factory pre-fitted seals
  • Reliability
  • Competitiveness
  • Up to 600 °C and 5,000 Pa

Single flue

The single-flue chimney is a single-shell chimney for all types of processes, flue gases, vapours, etc. It is available up to a diameter of 4,500 mm. For larger diameters, please contact us.

The + of the solution:

  • Wide choice of equipment (platforms, ladders, etc.)
  • Custom chimney sized for the type of generator
  • Wide choice of finishes and decoration
  • Various materials and insulation options
  • All types of stability

Double-wall chimney with daytime marking

Double wall

The outer load-bearing structure of the double-wall chimney ensures the stability of the structure, while the inner flue evacuates the flue gases. Mechanical loads are thus separated from thermal stresses and acid attack.

The + of the solution:

  • Excellent durability of the structure
  • Technical answer to legislative and environmental constraints
  • Flue material adapted to operating conditions

Multi-flue

The multi-flue chimney consists of several flues housed in a structural shell. It is the regulatory and aesthetic answer for sites with multiple generators and fuels.

The + of the solution:

  • Perfectly controlled stability
  • Easy inspection, maintenance and servicing
  • Wide choice of customisation (colours, cladding, screen printing, etc.)

Nested (gigogne) chimney

Gigogne (nested flues)

The gigogne chimney is a compact multi-flue chimney made of several flues of decreasing diameter nested inside one another.

The + of the solution:

  • Space saving, in compliance with legislation
  • Competitiveness and cost savings
  • Easy integration

Flue lining

Flue lining consists of renovating an existing chimney or technical shaft by inserting new flues.

The + of the solution:

  • Existing architecture preserved
  • Adaptable solution

Ducts

Modular ducts in a data centre

Modular system

The single- and double-wall modular flue system creates a flue gas evacuation network by simply fitting components together. Indoors or outdoors, the modular solution fits perfectly into any environment, such as commercial buildings, district heating or industry.

The + of the solution:

  • No thermal bridges
  • 360° rotation
  • Condensate-tight
  • Customisable finish

Made-to-measure system

100% tight thanks to continuous welding, our ducts are made to measure in full compliance with current legislation. From 200 mm to 4,500 mm in diameter, they connect all types of generators and work with any fuel. For larger diameters, please contact us.

The + of the solution:

  • Up to Ø 4,500 mm
  • 100% guaranteed tightness
  • Thermo-aeraulic optimisation

Acoustic treatment

Excilence silencer installed

Excilence

Excilence is a standardised silencer combining absorptive and reactive technologies to achieve significant noise attenuation over a wide acoustic spectrum (200 to 2,000 hertz), with a reduction of at least 15 decibels. Installing Excilence silencers in series achieves an even greater reduction in noise level.

The + of the solution:

  • High performance at low, medium and high frequencies
  • Low pressure drop
  • Vertical or horizontal installation

Reactive silencer

Resonator

The reactive silencer consists of two expansion chambers connected by a tuning tube. This design attenuates the low-frequency noise commonly found at boiler outlets.

The + of the solution:

  • Very good low-frequency performance
  • Design tailored to every need
  • Low pressure drop

Absorptive silencer

Baffles

A series of baffles providing optimum noise absorption thanks to a large contact surface. This type of silencer is recommended for attenuating noise from fans and turbines.

The + of the solution:

  • Very good acoustic performance
  • Mechanical strength
  • Sized to the target noise levels

Removable cassettes

A variant of the classic baffle silencer. The optimal solution for solid fuels, as the cassettes can be removed for cleaning or replacement.

The + of the solution:

  • Easy maintenance
  • Very good acoustic performance
  • Mechanical strength

Reactive and absorptive silencer

Reactive & absorptive silencer

Covers a wider frequency band by combining reactive and absorptive techniques. This silencer technology achieves high noise attenuation on generator sets.

The + of the solution:

  • Acoustic performance at low, medium and high frequencies
  • Good resistance to thermal and mechanical stress
  • Low pressure drop

Energy recovery & filtration

TerraoSave

Poujoulat Heating & Power by Beirens integrates the TerraoSave solution, a direct gas-to-water heat exchanger-scrubber that both filters pollutants and recovers thermal energy by condensation. TerraoSave can be installed in new projects or revamps and is used to heat or preheat air or water.

Each TerraoSave module can treat up to 5,000 m³/h of flue gas. For increased efficiency, the standardised modules are installed in series.

The + of the solution:

  • Standardised, modular system
  • Compact solution
  • Return on investment
  • High availability rate
  • Multi-pollutant filtration
  • Simple operation
  • Environmental approach
